Compose is under active development. If a project still depends on the older workflow, the previous release remains available under its original name, DesignFlux.
Compose
The full toolkit: color palette maker, typography lab and wireframing whiteboard in one local-first app. This is the actively maintained build and the one most people should install.

DesignFlux
The last release before the app was renamed to Compose. Kept here for projects, plugins or workflows that were built against the original DesignFlux build.
- No longer receives feature updates
- Functionally identical to Compose 1.x
- Safe to run alongside Compose
Why two names? DesignFlux was renamed to Compose starting with version 2.0. It's the same app under active development ... the previous installer is only kept around for anyone who needs to match an existing setup.
